Delighted to Announce New Senior Consultant

Leading Edge Group is delighted to welcome our new Senior Consultant, Barry O’Brien. With almost 20 years’ experience in both SME’s and large multinationals, Barry is a believer in the power of both Lean and Six Sigma and has led projects across a variety of sectors leading to improvements in various companies business practices.

With experience of working in Manufacturing, Medical Device and high end Polymer Processing, Barry has both led and mentored people on a wide variety projects across various functions including Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Facilities, Warehousing and Order Fulfilment.

Believing in the power of organisational culture and the roles that leaders play within it, Barry can work with all levels of an organisation in order to drive continuous improvement throughout client companies.

Barry holds an MSC in Business Practice with a specific focus on Leadership and Culture, a BTech Honours Degree in Manufacturing Technology and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
