White Belt and Yellow Belt Quality Improvement Workshops, September 26th and 27th, 2019

The Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) and Leading Edge Group are delighted to announce our upcoming White Belt and Yellow Belt Quality Improvement (QI) workshops will take place in Toronto on September 26th and 27th, 2019 respectively.

These training programs have been specially developed to reflect the realities of community-based health and social organizations and their service delivery context. Participants will learn key QI concepts, tools and practices that can assist in more effectively addressing the numerous challenges in delivering effective primary health care, prevention and promotion and social services.

Please note that the Yellow Belt workshop builds on White Belt so registrants will need to have completed this program or have this level of practical QI experience/exposure to participate.
