Non-destructive testing process development and start-up (FPI & Ultrasonic Testing), for engine blade manufacturing
Initial product inspections and certification (Forging and Machining)
Resolved bottleneck issues and realized an equipment availability improvement of more than 20%
Improved reliability of supplies; created problem solving teams across different layers of the organization following the ‘Team of Teams’ method and simplified structure of daily meetings and visual management for a leading international manufacturer of specialist superalloys and high-precision alloy components
