The client needed advice on a replacement for their existing CRM solution, with particular focus on cloud/SAAS options given the effects of Covid-19 on their working practices at the time. Our Digital Lean Consultants provided a comprehensive report on two leading cloud CRM solutions and also demonstrated via a case study how to replace an existing business process that relies heavily on manual data input, illustrated by using one of the two candidate solutions coupled with an “off-the-shelf” business process automation tool in order to streamline and remove the need for duplication of effort and manual updating of information across multiple data sources.
