CIUSSS West-Central Montreal – Lean Excellence Certificates

Congratulations to CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal | CIUSSS West-Central Montreal in achieving Leading Edge Group certification in Lean excellence across three directorates – Mental Health and Addictions; Integrated First Line Services and Support Program for the Autonomy of Seniors Directorate – Home Care Services as well as its Innovation team led by Joanne Côté.

The teams attained certification based on achieving the requisite level of maturity demonstrated through commitment to strategy deployment; adoption of work team visual management boards (VMBs) and sustained capability building at all levels. Maturity has been assessed over a number of years, culminating in a Gold level score achieved in Leading Edge Group’s continuous improvement maturity model (CIMM) audit.

In recognition of this tremendous achievement, Leading Edge Group’s VP of Operations – John Whelton – was delighted to attend a ceremony on December 5th in Montreal to present the teams with their Lean Excellence certificates.
