Who is this program for?
This program is aimed at health professionals such as Quality Improvement Specialists, Operations Managers, Medical Directors, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians from organizations across the health sector including hospitals, health authorities, mental health and addictions, youth services, long term care, public and community health.

Assessment
Assessment is based on completing a multiple-choice exam online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%). Upon successful completion participant will receive Lean Green Belt certificate from Leading Edge Group. Successfully completed participants can also receive a certificate from Ontario Tech University (an additional fee will apply)
Diploma in Project Management
Through Leading Edge Group’s partnership with the Australasian Leadership Academy Pty Ltd (ALA), students who successfully complete Leading Edge Group’s Lean Green Belt training program can attain a Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820) through ALA’s RTO 41012. ALA’s Diploma of Project Management is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), offering pathways towards PM Industry Certification (RegPM CPPP & CPPM) and International Project Management Association (IPMA). To attain the Diploma an additional process and fee will apply.
This program can be delivered through self-paced e-Learning or instructor-led (for groups of participants). One-to-one online mentoring support is provided throughout the program.
