Lean for Local Government White Belt
This Lean White Belt certification program is designed to help you identify and eliminate waste in your local government organization.
Program Content & Structure
The Lean for Local Government White Belt program is made up of four courses. Upon completion, participants will receive a Lean for Municipalities White Belt certificate. The following provides a sample of content areas covered. The Lean White Belt program is made up of the following key topics:

Who is this program for?
This program is aimed at professionals starting their Lean journey. It has been developed for all employees from organizations across the municipal sector including fleet services, permit applications, payroll, human resources, IT, etc

All our Lean belt programs are developed and delivered by accomplished Lean experts with experience within the municipal sector. Experts who have worked at the coalface and have real experience putting theory to practical use in real-world environments.

Assessment
This is a non-exam-based program. Participants are assessed based on completion and full participation. Upon successful completion participant will receive a Local Government specific (but the cert can be applied to all industries) Lean White Belt certificate from Leading Edge Group. Successfully completed participants can also receive a certificate from Ontario Tech University (an additional fee will apply)
This program can be delivered through self-paced e-Learning or instructor-led (for groups of participants).
