Lean White Belt Certification Program
The Lean White Belt program teaches a basic understanding of Lean principles and methodologies. Learn the fundamentals, such as identifying and eliminating waste, improving process flow, and increasing efficiency.
Program Content & Structure
The Lean White Belt certification program provides participants with a basic introduction to and awareness of Lean thinking; develops an appreciation for the applicability of Lean across the all sectors and creates the ability to participate on and contribute to an improvement project. It is the first step in learning about Lean and its relevance in the workplace. The program also enables participants to recognize those processes and activities that are providing value and quality care for patients and those that are wasteful and contributing to inefficient services and dissatisfaction. Assessment
This is a non-exam-based program. Participants are assessed based on completion and full participation.
Upon successful completion participants will receive Lean White Belt certificate from Leading Edge Group.
Successfully completed participants can also receive a certificate from Ontario Tech University (an additional fee will apply).
This program can be delivered through instructor-led offline and online mentoring. Perfect for any organization looking to expand on their Lean abilities.
