Aoife is an experienced SAFe Program Consultant and Business Agility Coach, with proven experience in organizational transformation, agile leadership, continuous delivery and process optimization. With a passion for building business agility and empowering teams, Aoife combines a result-driven mentality with the ability to motivate people to embrace change. As an SPC and an RTE, she has been instrumental in the launch and maturity of both teams and agile release trains.

As a strategic leader Aoife has the ability to work across complex, matrixed organizations to identify and engage the right people to solve challenging problems. She leverages her methodology and tool expertise to support the efficient delivery of value based outcomes. Aoife has the unique ability and foresight to pivot as needed, and influence others at various levels of an organization to enthusiastically embrace the changes and efforts that she leads. She brings clarity, learning agility, trust and passion to her work.

Aoife is a certified IC Agile Enterprise Agile Coach and SAFe Program Consultant and trainer.
