Lean Trainer and Consultant

Hrishikesh Navare is an accomplished continuous Quality Improvement (QI) professional and brings over 15 years of experience across the healthcare continuum from long term care, primary care, mental health and addiction and community services sectors across Ontario. Hrishikesh has coached and trained senior leaders and front line staff in Lean, change management and QI frameworks by utilizing data and measurement to guide informed decisions to help the organizations improve their programs and services for their clients. Person centered care using client voice as the voice of the customer in designing programs and services are core values for him. Additionally, he incorporates the social determinants of health and health equity in his work and is proficient in engaging stakeholders across sectors to improve services, client and provider experience and outcomes.

He holds both Lean Healthcare Green and Black Belt certifications from Leading Edge Group and holds Masters Degrees in Science in Pharmacy from the University of Florida, USA and Technology in Pharmaceuticals from the University of Mumbai, India and has presented in national, international conferences and published his collaborative work in peer review journals.
