James is a highly experienced Business Improvement specialist with 30 years of experience in wide ranging roles from operations management at Ford Motor Company, to Lean and Six Sigma deployments working with George Group Consulting. James is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Certified by Six Sigma Academy) and a certified Motorola University Black Belt and Green Belt trainer.

James has a thorough knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles and application in Transactional and Manufacturing environments gained through extensive hands-on front-line involvement. James has delivered Lean Six Sigma training to over 1,000 Green Belts and more than 200 Black Belts and has coached Lean Six Sigma practitioners to complete over 400 process improvement projects. He always strives to build the capability of others by simplifying technical subjects and emphasizes immediate practical application of the methods and tools of business improvement in the workplace. James’ extensive experience has covered a wide range of industry sectors such as manufacturing, retail, oils and gas, and he has worked in almost every country within South East Asia.

James has strong technical expertise in Statistical Methods, Design of Experiments, Process Control, Minitab, Value Stream Mapping, Project Identification and Prioritization, Project and Change Management.
