She also develops and delivers Training Programs in these areas.

Jan has an extensive business and HR background in Ireland and the United States including 10 years as HR Director with Stryker Orthopaedics, Cork. This includes working with leaders and teams in large, small, and medium enterprises. She is known for her expertise in all aspects of HR and her business acumen as well as being customer-focused and committed to excellence & continuous improvement.
