Michael is a highly experienced and passionate business and transformational change leader. He has gained a deep knowledge in business process automation, Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt), business analytics and programme & project management which enables him to immediately make significant bottom line impact at a global operations level. He has senior operational experience in global business services, pharmaceutical (GxP), manufacturing and financial sectors and he can quickly translate organizational strategies and objectives into structured operational processes and ways of working.

Michael has strong project management skills to lead and manage the implementation of planning systems and processes. Certifications include being a certified agile project manager which is critical for technological, data driven and product-based improvements and a qualified waterfall project manager with over twenty years’ experience.
