Mullieka is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience across numerous industries. With a keen ability to mobilize individuals and challenge the status quo, Mullieka has successfully driven transformative bottom-line and top-line improvements. Notably, she established a Project Management Office (PMO) in the pharmaceutical sector, delivering $6M in annualized productivity savings; introduced Lean Six Sigma methodologies to a healthcare organization and orchestrated the successful restructuring and sale preparation of a leading AV company.

Mullieka has successfully led the transformation of startups and product reformulations, resulting in $36M worth of savings through strategic initiatives, including category simplification and branding efforts post-acquisition of a large food company.

She has led overall readiness to successfully implement a 1 yr. digital transformation of a large Canadian company using D365 as the platform. The project spanned the entire enterprise and was conducted through engaging all functional areas and critical business processes.

Mullieka has previously held continuous improvement roles at Maple Leaf Foods, Superior Propane and Kodak.
