Thanzeem has over 11 years’ experience in varied industries including pharmaceuticals, airline, banking and retail coordinating training; learning and development, operations and events functions across Canada, UAE, Oman and the UK. She has worn multiple hats handling airport operational staff management, process and Project management, and event management.

Thanzeem played a pivotal role in learning management systems migration within two major pharma companies for over 500 employees and has successfully managed mandatory licensing and certifications for over 2500 employees in the airline industry.

Thanzeem holds a MA in Marketing from the University of Bradford, UK and an Advanced Marketing Certification from University of Cambridge, UK and started her career working at the Leeds Bradford International Airport, UK as a sales executive and trainer.
