We were delighted to present at yesterday’s Ireland Canada Trade Briefing. This event was run by Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) at Cork Chamber, in association with the Ireland Canada Business Association and the Embassy of Canada to Ireland. The event was a briefing on how businesses can avail of opportunities in Canada following a new trade agreement within the EU.
Dave Skelton, Leading Edge Group’s Chairman, spoke about our journey ‘West’ to Canada and how Leading Edge Group have grown since our establishment in Cork in 1995. Dave also outlined our Canadian presence, the end-to-end consulting support, supply chain services and Enterprise Ireland’s support to us.
Joe qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. It was a decision that reaped great benefits for Joe, providing him with an international recognized qualification which allowed him to follow in his father and grandfathers’ footsteps who had both worked and lived abroad. Having qualified as a CPA, Joe took up financial positions in the Middle East and UK.
