Lean transformation of supermarket chains such as Tesco in the 1990’s have ultimately extended back along the supply chain to the transportation companies, food processors, dairies and now on to the farm.
We recently collaborated with the Captal Group to pioneer the application of Lean on the dairy farm of Pat & Pauline Ryan at Cappagh, Co. Waterford, Ireland.
As a result of the positive results achieved, we are delighted to announce the launch of our new website – Lean Dairy Farm – helping us to support the dairy industry in Ireland from a Lean perspective.
Joe qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. It was a decision that reaped great benefits for Joe, providing him with an international recognized qualification which allowed him to follow in his father and grandfathers’ footsteps who had both worked and lived abroad. Having qualified as a CPA, Joe took up financial positions in the Middle East and UK.
