Registrations are open for our in-person instructor-led open enrollment Lean Green Belt training that will be held in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Lean Green Belt Training

Date: May 22nd, 23rd, 29th and 30th, 2025
Time: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM NDT
Location: Kenmount Terrace Community Centre, 85 Messenger Drive, St. John’s, NL
Fee: $2,225 CAD plus tax

The Lean Green Belt training program develops an understanding of Lean and how it is applied across a variety of relevant settings. In addition to understanding the core Lean concepts, tools and practices, the program enables participants to facilitate improvement initiatives in the workplace. Participants learn excellent techniques for creating value, improving processes and implementing change, as well as capabilities that are highly transferrable across the organization.

As well as 4 days of instructor-led training, participants receive resources, tools and templates and full online expert mentoring support from Leading Edge Group through to program completion.

With this being instructor-led and a public open enrollment program, it will also provide the opportunity for participants to network with professionals from across the region.

Assessment

Program assessment is based on successfully completing a workplace improvement project and final exam. Participants have up to 6 months to complete the assessment requirements.
