Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA)

The Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) is a national registered training organization (RTO ID# 41012) delivering flexible, innovative, blended, accredited programs for individuals and organizations since 2010. Through Leading Edge Group’s partnership with the ALA, students who successfully complete our Agile and/or Lean Green Belt training program can attain a Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820) through ALA’s RTO 41012.

ALA’s Diploma of Project Management is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), offering pathways towards PM Industry Certification (RegPM CPPP & CPPM) and International Project Management Association (IPMA).

Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA)

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA) certifies our Lean Financial programs to the financial and services sector since 2008. CPA is one of the largest Irish accountancy bodies with in excess of 5,000 members and students. The CPA is a founding member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the global organization of accounting professionals comprised of 157 member bodies in 123 countries and representing 2.5 million accountants in every sector.

Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA)

The Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) is an independent non-profit offering accreditation specifically tailored to community-based health and social services across Canada. CCA offers accreditation founded on recognized best practices in governance, leadership and management, and in program areas including child and youth services, community-based primary health care, community mental health and addictions, community support, and family services.

Leading Edge Group partnered with the CCA in 2017 to offer a full suite of customized Lean quality improvement training and certification programs for community-based health and social services.

CPD Standards Office

Our Lean Healthcare Green Belt programs are accredited by the CPD Standards Office. All participants will receive a continuing professional development (CPD) Certificate of Attendance, which they can subsequently use within their formal CPD record for a professional body, institute or employer. This program has been accredited for 35 CPD hours.

HealthCareCAN

HealthCareCAN – the national voice of action for health organizations and hospitals across Canada – was formed from the merger of the Canadian Healthcare Association and the Association of Canadian Academic Healthcare Organizations in January 2014. HealthcareCAN fosters informed and continuous, results-oriented discovery and innovation across the continuum of healthcare.

In November 2010, Leading Edge Group became the approved Lean Healthcare training provider for the Canadian Healthcare Association, offering Green Belt level training as part of the organization’s education portfolio.

Our partnership expanded in 2017 to incorporate further offerings in areas that include Lean, quality improvement and management essentials.

Construction Industry Federation

The Construction Industry Federation (CIF) supports our Lean Construction Programs and is the national and regional representative body for construction industry employers in Ireland. The CIF acts as the voice of the Irish construction industry. It represents hundreds of Irish construction employers involved in all aspects of the industry and has done so for over 85 years.

Ontario Public Health Association (OPHA)

The Ontario Public Health Association (OPHA) provides a strong, unified, independent voice for all citizens, public-health professionals and volunteers committed to improving health.

Leading Edge Group partners with OPHA to provide Lean Sigma quality improvement training at White, Yellow, Green and Black Belt levels for public health organizations. These certification programs have been specifically developed and customized for the public health sector to enable public health professionals achieve sustainable quality improvements and successfully address key challenges.

Enterprise Ireland is a government organization focused on providing support to Irish owned, export orientated businesses.
